Dress: Madewell (old) | Shirt: Loft |Coat: Banana Republic | Shoes: Dankso (old)| Necklace: Loft (old) | Cat Pin: Nordstrom (old) | Ring: Stella & Dot | Lipstick : Bobbi Brown (Warm Beige) | Lip Gloss: Smashbox Limitless Long Wear (Endless)

Since Thursday was Thanksgiving, I decided to take Friday off for a long weekend. It was nice to rest and visit with family. This was the first Thanksgiving with both my husband and I’s families. We had Thanksgiving at McCormick and Schmick’s. Afterwards, everyone headed to our house to watch the Seahawks beat the 49ers.

On Saturday we woke up to the first snowfall of the season. It was only a dusting, but still exciting. Those are the best; you get to witness the beauty of fresh snow but it does not limit you to staying in.

To those who celebrate Thanksgiving I hope you all had a lovely holiday!

Cute outfit! How was the Thanksgiving spread at McCormick & Schmick’s? Also, I’m extremely excited we’re seeing snow so early this year in Seattle 🙂

Thanks Mil! I think some dishes were better than others. I went non-traditional and had fish but some in the group had the traditional Thanksgiving dinner. The service and atmosphere was excellent though.

I wonder if we will get any more snow? Hope you had a good Thanksgiving. 🙂

Happy to send you snow from Ontario 😉 I’d love to experience a mild Seattle winter. You’re right Asa- the snow is gorgeous when it’s light and doesn’t inhibit you from getting around!
