Blouse: thredUp | Jeans: Loft (similar)| Necklace: Stella & Dot | Bracelet: J.Crew (old) | Rings: Gorjana (old)| Bag: Foley + Corina (similar) | Boots: Miz Mooz | Lipstick: Bite Beauty (Moka warm dark brown)

This outfit reminds me of my husband and his daily uniform. When he’s not wearing chinos and a dress shirt for work, he usually wears dark jeans, a plaid shirt, and brown leather boots. Maybe he’s on to something, I have to admit this combination is pretty fail proof. Besides resembling my husband, this outfit feels very Seattle. It must be the chelsea boots and plaid. 🙂

I have the worst time with shoes and have always struggled to find something comfortable. These boots have a wide toe box with soft leather. When I was a kid, shoe shopping was an all day event, and the sales team would go running whenever they saw me. Thank goodness for online shopping! I highly recommend these beauties for anyone who has trouble finding comfortable shoes. My other go-to comfort brands are Dankso and Jambu. Not super stylish but very comfortable.

This shirt is another find from thredUp. Read about my experience here. Since the blouse is already a statement piece, I kept the accessories simple with a gold nameplate pendant (our wedding date), pearl and rhinestone bracelet, and a Foley + Corinna convertible bag. This look is perfect for getting around town.
